A Highlander Christmas CONTEST!

While I'm not quite finished enjoying my favorite month (OCTOBER!) or holiday (HALLOWEEN!), A Highlander Christmas, my Christmas anthology, will hit the shelves November 3rd, so I thought I'd better hurry up and get a contest rolling! :)

Dawn Halliday and Sophie Renwick are the other contributing authors, and their stories are fabulous! Mine is, of course, ghostly, and involves a Munro ancestor! :)

A CHRISTMAS SPIRIT: Paige MacDonald's Highland tour takes a surprising turn when a storm forces her to seek refuge in a forbidding castle already inhabited by the dead-sexy spirit of Gabriel Munro...

So! All you have to do is simply comment here, and tell me your favorite holiday! I'll randomly select two winners TUESDAY, OCT 27th. The winners will recieve each a copy of A HIGHLANDER CHRISTMAS!

Good luck!

  4. Christmas, hands down! Thank god I live in an area where it - normally - still snows on December 24 (that's when you celebrate it in Germany). And I love the atmosphere. Although I'm an adult now I'll never forget how excited and wonderful I felt on Christmas as a child and some part of that wonder still comes back to me every year...

  7. My favorite holiday is Christmas. It's such a special time. It's the one time of the year when my whole family is together. On Christmas Eve we always watch "Christmas Vacation" and "Elf", our favorite holiday movies. We laugh so hard it brings tears to our eyes.

  9. Oooh, I love the cozy Christmas thing, too! I love October, though--it represents the changing season, All Hallows Eve, and spooky dooky spirits! Fields of dead corn, changing leaf colors, and pumpkins! And...(hopefully!) cooler weather. Of course, when December hits, I'll hear one jingle of a jingle bell and I'll be like "OH! Christmas is definitely my favorite!" LOL! Thanks for the posts, guys!

  10. I love the clash of the relaxing family feel of the holidays with the chaotic decorations, food preparations, and shopping. So, Christmas is, by far, my favorite. Huddling up by the fireplace with hot chocolate, eating my family's traditional ravioli dinner, and having my sister home from school make it perfect!

  12. I love, love Christmas! I love the family and friends get-togethers, the decorations, the music, and the presents.

I really enjoy reading Christmas stories every year, too. This one sounds terrific because it combines my favorite holiday with sexy Highlanders! ;-)

  13. I have two favorites. Christmas and Halloween. I love Halloween and have wonderful memories as a child running the neighborhoods at night (back when it was safe to do so) with plastic pumpkins or pillow cases and flashlights. I remember one year the moon was huge and orange, and seemed to sit at the very end of our street. Dad helped look through the candy so he could get rid of any "questionable" candy (as in, the candy HE wanted! LOL) The weather starts to turn cold and you knew that not only Autumn was in full swing, but also just around the corner was Christmas!

I love the frenzied pace of shopping for family and friends, frantically looking for just the right present for my mom and sister (which I usually find at Home Goods). Christmas eve, my husband and I sit near the fireplace, relaxing with our dogs and cats, talking about Christmas past. It's a magical moment for me.

  14. Oh, hope I'm not too late. I've been waiting for this book to release. November 3rd is just around the corner, yay!! I love me a Highland romance.

My favorite holiday is Halloween. Just the dressing up in costume and pretending is just so much fun for me.
